Get Pre-approved and Get a free Quote
Once you have your pre-approval or are ready to get pre-approved, you will schedule an appointment with Buckeye’s quote specialist. The objective of this meeting is to create a rough draft of your future home, while keeping with-in your budget. You will start by selecting a floorplan, lot and layout options. From there you will select your interior and exterior features. At the end of this meeting you will receive an itemized pricing report. Contracts and Paperwork
Once you are happy with all your selections it is time to go under contract. You will be guided through the purchasing paperwork and deposit process with either our Quote Specialist or sales team partners.

Within a few business days after the paperwork has been submitted, you will be contacted by a Buckeye Real Estate Group team member. They will schedule a time for you to meet the team and review your blueprint. In addition, you will also have your own personal log-in for Buckeye’s job management software. This enables you to track the progress of the construction of your new home!
