ABOUT THE BUILDER
Mike has been building homes since 1994, leveraging his extensive experience to create well-planned, functional, and high-quality homes from the design stage to the moment you move into your dream home. He is dedicated to quality, communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
In addition to residential projects, Mike has constructed numerous commercial buildings, including medical offices, Class A office spaces, and retail establishments. He developed Kings Pointe of Sylvania, one of Sylvania’s premier office destinations.
Mike grew up in Toledo and earned a Marketing Degree from the College of Business at the University of Toledo. He currently resides in Sylvania with his wife Anne, where they raised their four children: Jacob, Jason, Aaron, and Ellie.
Active in his community, Mike is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, a past Board member of Habitat for Humanity, a former President of The Toledo Home Builders Association, and a current Board Member of St. Ursula Academy.

Mike White has worked diligently to create an extremely talented team to construct your home. The team is led by Jeff Kaminski.
Jeff Kaminski - Head of Construction
Jeff oversees the overall construction process of each Home. He is a native of Temperance, Mi and graduated from Bedford high school. He attended the University of Illinois and later entered the construction field, beginning his career at the 84 Lumber Company where he managed the Maumee, OH store from 1992 – 2003. He left 84 Lumber to pursue a career building homes with the Buckeye Real Estate Group. Jeff brought a repertoire of skills to Buckeye including purchasing, scheduling and sales. Jeff has used his skills, talents, and experience in the industry not only to build homes but to also build relationships with the clients he serves. “I've been able to surround myself with top quality contractors and suppliers who have made my job fun and successful. “
Austin Kaminski - Field Foreman
Austin is our field foreman, responsible for overseeing all exterior work and managing the rough stages of construction. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Austin joined the Buckeye team in 2018.
He resides in Maumee, Ohio, with his wife Carleigh and their two young children. In his free time, Austin enjoys visiting Cedar Point, boating, watching the Red Wings, and spending time with his family.
Jason White - Director, Sales & Marketing
Jason is a graduate of Ohio University and has been with Buckeye since 2016. He is committed to making clients' dreams a reality, thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional results. Outside of work, he cherishes time spent with his wife, Niki, and their daughter, Bella. A devoted Detroit Lions fan, he also enjoys attending games and living in their Milan floorplan in the Quarry Ridge Subdivision.
Alex Patnode - Job Foreman (Not Pictured)
Alex is a dynamic addition to our team as a Job Foreman. A proud Ohio University graduate of 2009, Alex embarked on his career in the building industry in 2015 with 84 Lumber. His journey has taken him through various roles in five different cities across Ohio, and he has now returned to his hometown of Waterville.
When he’s not leading projects, Alex enjoys exploring the great outdoors and indulging in his love for cinema. His diverse experience and local roots make him a valuable asset to our team.
Robbie Sobczak - Construction Project Coordinator
Robbie is our Construction Project Coordinator. She oversees all of our home exterior selections and bids from foundation thru the drywall stage. Robbie has spent her entire career in the new home construction industry. When Robbie is not working, she enjoys being at the lake and spending time with her children.
Jill Harris - Project Support & Administrative Coordinator
Jill serves as our Project Support & Administrative Coordinator, taking on various roles within the office. She's the go-to person for assistance, and if she doesn't have the answers, she'll promptly find them for you or guide you to the right resource.
When she's not at work, Jill cherishes moments with her husband and three kids. She finds joy in taking long walks at one of the metro parks and diving into a good book. However, her favorite pastime is undoubtedly game nights with family and friends, creating lasting memories together.
Crystal Garlick - Office Manager, Bookkeeper
Crystal is the office manager and bookkeeper at Buckeye Real Estate Group. She handles all the accounts receivables and payables. She also coordinates all permits associated with building our homes. Crystal holds an associate degree in Business Management. She has been with Buckeye since 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Crystal and her family currently reside in Berkey, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband, crafting and spending time with their children and grandson.
